15th November CISAS sent me a email stating they were informed by virgin we had agreed to me getting a full refund and an apology - COMPLETELY UNTRUE - they never contacted me. NOT once!

Apparently they have 20 working days to pay by all monies paid till date by bank transfer for what many believe to be a design faulty Xperia XZ handset as I firmly do.

I will update this site shortly with the utter contempt they had for my complaint from day one.
